Horse Boarding
J & J Farms in Conesus is a family owned full care boarding facility with individualized care to meet every horse and owners needs. We can accommodate your retired, show, trail or injured horse.
Our Facility and Services:
~10' x 12’ fully 'matted box stalls
~1x daily stall cleaning
~Provide grain fed 2x daily
~ Owner provided supplements and medications given as needed
~Unlimited quality hay year round
~Tack room with saddle racks, bridle hooks and shelving
~70 x 120 outdoor arena
~Access to miles of quiet country trails
~Small group turnouts
~ We provide as much turnout as weather allows us (Winter-day turnout, Summer-night turnout)
~ Off site trainers welcome provided proper insurance.
~Located close to Dansville, Geneseo and Livonia.

Riding Lessons
At this time we are focusing on Lessons for beginner riders. Our goal is to provide a positive, inclusive, family friendly atmosphere that facilitates learning both on and off the horse. A good foundation, and well-rounded education in riding and horse care is of utmost importance.
For new riders, when we receive your application we will call you to schedule an orientation lesson. This lesson will give us an opportunity to review the rider's goals and help determine the best horse and tack. This will be a half-hour unmounted lesson. Staff will meet the rider to assess their needs. Riders will meet the horses and Instructors.
Beef Sales
Fresh Angus Beef for sale by the 1/4, 1/2 or whole. Steers are fed grain, grass and hay. No hormones or antibiotics.
Leasing
We are offering a few of our horses for a partial/full lease. Leasing is a great opportunity to have the joys and experiences of having a horse without the purchase expense.
We are a family owned and operated Farm. We have over 30 years of Horse experience that we have passed down to our children. We have a quiet facility tucked back off the road in Conesus.
For Lease
Johnny is a 18 year old Bay Roan Appaloosa Gelding. He is for an on Farm Lease. He is very quiet on the ground. He is a trail horse, has not had any ring work that we know of. He is an extra on the farm and we would like to see him have a job.
